About Mark Bayers Personal Training, Inc.
Mark Bayers has dedicated his life to fitness beginning with a degree in exercise science from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia in 1992.
Mark pursued his passion by becoming the Head Strength Coach at Benedictine University working with athletes for all sports. During this time he also worked with the Young Americans Ice Hockey Team developing an off ice training program for their members.
Mark established his own personal training business. He added the innovative concept of going to the client’s home for personal instruction. Through his unique approach, Mark hopes to further inspire his clients by showing them how exercise can be incorporated into their daily lives. In 1997 Mark formed the “Mark Bayers Personal Training Corporation” and works with a staff of dedicated trainers.
Fitness has been a part of Mark’s life since childhood. He is an avid hockey player and sports fan. His own fitness program includes hockey, basketball, weight training, biking and much more.
He is accredited by The National Academy of Sports Medicine and by Exercise Science Alliance. He also is an educator for personal trainers conducting seminars to certify personal trainers.
